Wagyu is a specific Breed of cattle that is raised outside of Kobe Japan with special diet to enhance the flavor with a rich beefy buttery flavor. Our sticks are made from the trim of Wagyu steaks that our grower is specifically raising for high end steak houses. Our Wagyu is strait out of Japan Mo. and stuffed with a pepper cheese to enhance to bold flavor even more.
