Welcome to Big Willy Meat Co, where our passion for quality meat and unique flavors began in the home of Bill and Kate in Greeley, Colorado.
Our story started in 2021 when a delivery mishap sparked Bill's creativity. After receiving the wrong meat, he decided to make jerky using a delicious brine and our backyard smoker. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with friends, family, and even a pregnant woman with cravings all praising his creation.
Encouraged by the enthusiastic feedback, Bill began sourcing more cuts of beef, and Big Willy Meat Co was officially born, produced right in our kitchen. By 2023, our growing popularity necessitated a move to a local packer and producer, as our kitchen couldn’t keep up with the demand (and Kate needed her space back!).
