Porker Pickle BBQ Hickory Smoked Pork Jerky
This one my folk's is one of my favorite creations to date. We start with the highest quality sliced pork butts. Then we brine them in a pickle mixture of BBQ and spices to make the product pop hard baby. Then we smoke with hardwood hickory chips in our BBQ pits for up to 6 hours for a texture of dry not to dry with a little moistness for a bold flavor you will love. Again no one is making a pickle brine BBQ smoked jerky like this. Enjoy my friends this one is a true winner with a 50% larger package than our beef jerky's.
